Delicious BBQ sliders made with Hawaiian rolls and ground beef.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add diced onions and sauté until soft.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in BBQ sauce and mix well.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Spoon the beef mixture over the rolls.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the beef.
- Cover with the top halves of the rolls.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Notes
- You can add pickles for extra flavor.
- Adjust BBQ sauce to your taste.
