Delicious BBQ sliders made with Hawaiian rolls and ground beef.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add diced onions and sauté until soft.
  4. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  5. Stir in BBQ sauce and mix well.
  6. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  7. Spoon the beef mixture over the rolls.
  8. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the beef.
  9. Cover with the top halves of the rolls.
  10. Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
