  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce (Your favorite brand or homemade)
  • 6 Buns (Hamburger or sandwich buns)
  • 4 cups Coleslaw Mix (Shredded cabbage and carrots)
  • 1 cup Coleslaw Dressing (Creamy or vinaigrette, as preferred)
  • to taste Salt (For seasoning the pork)
  • to taste Pepper (For seasoning the pork)
  • 1 tablespoon Smoked Paprika (For flavor)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder (For flavor)
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder (For flavor)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the spice mixture all over the pork shoulder.
  4. Place the pork in a roasting pan and cover with foil. Bake for 4-5 hours or until the meat is tender and easily pulled apart.
  5. Remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for 30 minutes before shredding it with two forks.
  6. In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw mix and coleslaw dressing. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  7. Once the pork is shredded, mix in the BBQ sauce until well combined.
  8. To assemble the sandwiches, place a generous portion of pulled pork on the bottom half of each bun, top with coleslaw, and cover with the top half of the bun.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy!
