Ingredients

- 4 bone-in pork chops (1 inch thick)
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the mixture over both sides of the pork chops.
- Place the pork chops on the grill and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- During the last few minutes of cooking, brush the BBQ sauce on both sides of the chops.
- Remove the pork chops from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the pork chops in BBQ sauce for a few hours before grilling.
- Make sure to preheat the grill to ensure a good sear on the chops.
