Ingredients

- 4 lbs beef short ribs
- 2 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or smoker to 225°F.
- Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a bowl.
- Coat the ribs evenly with the spice mix.
- Place ribs on the grill and cook for 5-6 hours.
- Brush BBQ sauce on ribs during the last hour.
- Remove ribs when tender and let rest for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use hardwood chips for smokier flavor.
- Check internal temperature – ribs should reach 195°F.
- Wrap ribs in foil midway for juicier results.
