- Oil for frying
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp lime juice
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix buttermilk, cornstarch, flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to make the batter.
- Dip shrimp in the batter, ensuring full coating.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Fry shrimp until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels.
- In another bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice to make the bang bang sauce.
- Toss fried shrimp in the sauce.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, double-fry the shrimp.
- Adjust sriracha for preferred spice level.
