Spicy and flavorful chicken skewers with a peanut sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp chopped peanuts
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic in a bowl.
- Add chicken pieces and marinate for 20 minutes.
- Thread chicken onto skewers.
- Grill skewers for 4-5 minutes per side.
- Mix peanut butter, honey, sriracha, and lime juice for sauce.
- Drizzle sauce over cooked skewers.
- Garnish with peanuts and cilantro.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before use.
- Adjust sriracha to control spice level.
- Serve with rice or salad.
