Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp chopped peanuts
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic in a bowl.
  2. Add chicken pieces and marinate for 20 minutes.
  3. Thread chicken onto skewers.
  4. Grill skewers for 4-5 minutes per side.
  5. Mix peanut butter, honey, sriracha, and lime juice for sauce.
  6. Drizzle sauce over cooked skewers.
  7. Garnish with peanuts and cilantro.

Notes

  • Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before use.
