Delicious banana caramel swirl cheesecake served in jars.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of jars.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add mashed bananas and vanilla extract, mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into banana mixture.
- Layer the cheesecake mixture over the crust in jars.
- Drizzle caramel sauce on top.
- Create a swirl by gently mixing with a knife.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

- Use ripe bananas for better flavor.
- Prepare jars a day in advance for best results.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
