Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of jars.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add mashed bananas and vanilla extract, mix well.
  6. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  7. Fold whipped cream into banana mixture.
  8. Layer the cheesecake mixture over the crust in jars.
  9. Drizzle caramel sauce on top.
  10. Create a swirl by gently mixing with a knife.
  11. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
