A delicious dessert made with bread and ripe bananas.
Ingredients

- 4 cups of bread cubes
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 cup of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup of raisins (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine bread cubes and mashed bananas.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Pour the milk mixture over the bread and banana mixture. Stir until well combined.
- Add raisins, if using, and mix gently.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set and golden on top.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
- Top with whipped cream or ice cream for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
