Ingredients
Scale
- 4 medium sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: Greek yogurt, chives, or cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and scrub the sweet potatoes.
- Pierce each sweet potato several times with a fork.
- Rub olive oil over each potato.
- Sprinkle salt and black pepper on the potatoes.
- Place sweet potatoes on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 45-60 minutes until tender.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes.
- Slice open and add your favorite toppings.
