Description

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Pierce each sweet potato several times with a fork to allow steam to escape during baking.
  3. If desired, rub each sweet potato with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper for added flavor.
  4. Place the sweet potatoes directly on the oven rack or on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
