Ingredients

- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups green beans, trimmed
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the honey garlic glaze evenly over the salmon.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
- While salmon bakes, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add green beans and sauté for 5 minutes.
- Add butter and salt, stir until beans are tender.
- Serve salmon with buttered green beans.
