Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups green beans, trimmed
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, and black pepper in a bowl.
  3. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the honey garlic glaze evenly over the salmon.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
  6. While salmon bakes, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  7. Add green beans and sauté for 5 minutes.
  8. Add butter and salt, stir until beans are tender.
  9. Serve salmon with buttered green beans.
