  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly under cold water. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
  3. Pierce each potato several times with a fork to allow steam to escape during cooking.
  4. In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until evenly coated.
  5. Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching.
  6. Cook the potatoes in the air fryer for 35-40 minutes, or until they are tender and a fork easily pierces through.
  7. Once cooked, remove the potatoes from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes.
  8. Serve the baked potatoes with your favorite toppings, such as sour cream, chives, cheese, or bacon bits.
