Ingredients
Scale
- 4 medium russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Optional toppings: sour cream, chives, cheese, bacon bits
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly under cold water. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Pierce each potato several times with a fork to allow steam to escape during cooking.
- In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching.
- Cook the potatoes in the air fryer for 35-40 minutes, or until they are tender and a fork easily pierces through.
- Once cooked, remove the potatoes from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes.
- Serve the baked potatoes with your favorite toppings, such as sour cream, chives, cheese, or bacon bits.
Notes
- Cooking time may vary based on the size of the potatoes. Adjust accordingly.
- For extra crispy skin, you can increase the cooking time by a few minutes.
