Description
Easy baked potato made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 4 medium russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and scrub the potatoes.
- Pierce each potato multiple times with a fork.
- Rub the potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket.
- Set the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and cook for 35-40 minutes.
- Check for doneness by inserting a fork; it should go in easily.
- Remove the potatoes and let them cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on potato size.
- For extra crispiness, add a few more minutes to the cooking time.
