Description

Easy-to-make cinnamon rolls that require no kneading and are baked to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup softened butter (for filling)

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a large bowl.
  2. Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Stir until combined.
  3. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
  4. Roll dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
  5. Spread softened butter over the dough.
  6. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon evenly.
  7. Roll tightly and cut into 12 pieces.
  8. Place in a greased baking dish and let rise for 30 minutes.
  9. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes.
