  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the mixture all over the chicken thighs, making sure to get under the skin as well.
  4. Place the chicken thighs skin-side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
