Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Crackers or baguette slices for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place brie on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the brie.
  4. Top with chopped walnuts and rosemary.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is soft.
  6. Remove from oven and drizzle with honey.
  7. Serve immediately with crackers or baguette slices.
