- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Crackers or baguette slices for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place brie on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the brie.
- Top with chopped walnuts and rosemary.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is soft.
- Remove from oven and drizzle with honey.
- Serve immediately with crackers or baguette slices.

- Let the brie sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before baking for even melting.
