- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce (optional)
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- Stir in the lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, cayenne pepper, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce (if using).
- Simmer the sauce for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Drizzle the sauce over your seafood boil and garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
