These no-bake avalanche cookies are a deliciously sweet treat made with peanut butter, chocolate, and rice cereal, all mixed together for a crunchy and satisfying dessert.

- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3 cups rice cereal
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add the rice cereal and mix until all the cereal is coated evenly with the peanut butter mixture.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the rice cereal mixture and mix until well combined.
- Using a cookie scoop or your hands, form the mixture into small balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- In another microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in the same manner as the semi-sweet chocolate.
- Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the formed cookie balls for an added touch.
- Refrigerate the cookies for at least 30 minutes to set before serving.
