Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange asparagus in a baking dish.
- Mix crushed crackers, Parmesan cheese, melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Spread sour cream over the asparagus.
- Sprinkle the cracker mixture evenly on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
