- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb squid, cleaned and sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice for serving
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp and squid, cooking until shrimp is pink and squid is opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add broccoli, bell pepper, and snap peas. Stir-fry for another 3-5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir to combine and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately over cooked rice and garnish with chopped green onions.
