  • 1 inch ginger, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice for serving
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp and squid, cooking until shrimp is pink and squid is opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add broccoli, bell pepper, and snap peas. Stir-fry for another 3-5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir to combine and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve immediately over cooked rice and garnish with chopped green onions.
