Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add ground beef, cook until browned.
- Stir in soy sauce, rice vinegar, and brown sugar.
- Add bell pepper and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Top with green onions and red pepper flakes before serving.
