Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 large eggs

- Food coloring
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Chocolate syrup
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients.
- Divide batter and add food coloring for fun colors.
- Pour into greased cupcake tins.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before frosting with whipped cream.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup on top for decoration.
Notes
- Use different colors for a rainbow effect.
- Try adding sprinkles for more fun.
