Delicious cupcakes perfect for April celebrations.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup frosting of choice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
- Add the eggs, milk, and vanilla, and mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Fill cupcake liners in a muffin tin about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before frosting.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can be made a day ahead.
- Decorate with spring-themed toppings.
