- 6 tbsp melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into the pan to form the crust.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool slightly.
- Beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
- Pour cheesecake batter over the crust.
- In a bowl, combine diced apples, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cold butter to make the crumble topping.
- Sprinkle crumble topping evenly over the cheesecake layer.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until set. Let cool completely before slicing into bars.
