- 1 cup apple cider
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, add apple cider, vinegar, honey, and mustard. Stir to combine.
- Simmer the glaze for 5-7 minutes until thickened.
- Return chicken to the skillet, coat with the glaze, and serve.
