- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup apple butter
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Mix melted butter, brown sugar, apple butter, egg, and vanilla in another bowl.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Spread batter into the pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Cool before cutting into squares.

- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For extra flavor, add cinnamon or nutmeg.
