Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup diced potatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned.
- Add diced potatoes and cook until tender.
- Mix in cheese, green onions, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Fill small pastry shells with the mixture.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- You can use leftover corned beef for a twist.
- Adjust spices to your taste.
- Can be made vegetarian by substituting ground beef with lentils.
