- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 package of mini phyllo pastry cups
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, shredded cheddar cheese, diced chicken, and chopped green onions.
- Mix until well combined.
- Spoon the mixture into mini phyllo pastry cups, filling each one about 3/4 full.
- Place the filled cups on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cups are golden and the filling is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute the chicken with cooked diced ham or turkey.
