Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed almonds
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix crushed almonds, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Beat eggs in another bowl.
  4. Dip each chicken breast in eggs, then coat with almond mixture.
  5. Place chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
