Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup crushed almonds
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix crushed almonds, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Beat eggs in another bowl.
- Dip each chicken breast in eggs, then coat with almond mixture.
- Place chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use almond flour for a finer texture.
- Can substitute breadcrumbs with gluten-free option.
- For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2 minutes.
