A delicious almond croissant bake that’s soft, buttery, and filled with rich almond cream.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup almond paste
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix flour, almond flour, and salt.
- Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs one at a time.
- Mix in almond paste, vanilla, and almond extract.
- Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk to the batter.
- Pour batter into the dish. Sprinkle sliced almonds on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use room-temperature butter for best results.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Serve warm for extra flavor.
