Instructions
- Place the fettuccine pasta in the crockpot.
- Add the heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- If using, add the shredded chicken.
- Stir everything to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
- Add the Parmesan cheese and mix well before serving.
