- 1 boneless turkey breast (about 3–4 pounds)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper, and paprika to form a seasoning paste.
- Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels. Rub the seasoning paste all over the turkey breast, ensuring even coverage.
- Place the seasoned turkey breast in the air fryer basket, breast side up.
- Pour the chicken broth into the air fryer basket around the turkey (not over it) to keep it moist during cooking.
- Cook the turkey breast in the air fryer for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove the turkey from the air fryer and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- For added flavor, marinate the turkey breast in the seasoning mixture for a few hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure the turkey is cooked through.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
