  • 1 boneless turkey breast (about 34 pounds)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper, and paprika to form a seasoning paste.
  3. Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels. Rub the seasoning paste all over the turkey breast, ensuring even coverage.
  4. Place the seasoned turkey breast in the air fryer basket, breast side up.
  5. Pour the chicken broth into the air fryer basket around the turkey (not over it) to keep it moist during cooking.
  6. Cook the turkey breast in the air fryer for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Remove the turkey from the air fryer and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

  • For added flavor, marinate the turkey breast in the seasoning mixture for a few hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
  • Use a meat thermometer to ensure the turkey is cooked through.
