- 6 corn tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Stack the corn tortillas and cut them into quarters to create triangles.
- In a large bowl, toss the tortilla triangles with olive oil, salt, and optional seasonings until evenly coated.
- Place the tortilla chips in the air fryer in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chips are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the chips from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Store leftover chips in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Feel free to adjust the seasonings to your taste.
- For extra flavor, you can sprinkle the chips with lime juice after cooking.
