Crispy, homemade tortilla chips made in an air fryer. Perfect for snacking or serving with your favorite dips.


Ingredients

  • 6 corn tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Stack the corn tortillas and cut them into quarters to create triangles.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the tortilla triangles with olive oil, salt, and optional seasonings until evenly coated.
  4. Place the tortilla chips in the air fryer in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches.
  5. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chips are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove the chips from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Store leftover chips in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
  • Feel free to adjust the seasonings to your taste.
  • For extra flavor, you can sprinkle the chips with lime juice after cooking.
