Ingredients
Scale
- 1 block firm tofu, drained
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Press the tofu to remove excess moisture.
- Cut the tofu into cubes.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add tofu cubes to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle cornstarch over the tofu and mix gently.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the tofu in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Serve hot as a snack or add to salads and stir-fries.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time for desired crispiness.
- Serve with dipping sauce for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
