Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu, drained
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture.
  2. Cut the tofu into cubes.
  3. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add tofu cubes to the bowl and toss to coat.
  5. Sprinkle cornstarch over the tofu and mix gently.
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  7. Place the tofu in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  8. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  9. Serve hot as a snack or add to salads and stir-fries.
