Ingredients

Instructions
- Wash and peel the sweet potatoes.
- Slice them thinly using a mandoline or knife.
- In a bowl, toss the sweet potato slices with olive oil, salt, and paprika.
- Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
- Place a single layer of sweet potato slices in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for doneness and cook longer if needed.
