Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Steak (Ribeye, sirloin, or your favorite cut)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the steaks dry with paper towels and place them in a bowl.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the steaks and rub in garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper evenly on both sides.
  4. Place the seasoned steaks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes for medium-rare, flipping halfway through. Adjust time for desired doneness.
  6. Remove the steaks from the air fryer and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Notes

  • Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness: 130°F (54°C) for medium-rare, 140°F (60°C) for medium.
  • For extra flavor, marinate the steaks for a few hours before cooking.
