Ingredients

- 2 pieces Steak (Ribeye, sirloin, or your favorite cut)
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the steaks dry with paper towels and place them in a bowl.
- Drizzle olive oil over the steaks and rub in garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper evenly on both sides.
- Place the seasoned steaks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes for medium-rare, flipping halfway through. Adjust time for desired doneness.
- Remove the steaks from the air fryer and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness: 130°F (54°C) for medium-rare, 140°F (60°C) for medium.
- For extra flavor, marinate the steaks for a few hours before cooking.
