Ingredients

- 2 medium potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Wash and slice the potatoes into thin wedges.
- In a bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, salt, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the seasoned potato wedges in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Try using sweet potatoes for a different flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
