- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
- 1 medium red onion, sliced

- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, cauliflower, bell peppers, and red onion.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the vegetables and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
