  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 medium red onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, cauliflower, bell peppers, and red onion.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the vegetables and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Place the seasoned vegetables in the air fryer basket in a single layer (you may need to do this in batches).
