- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for spice)
- Lemon wedges for serving
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Toss until the shrimp are evenly coated.
- Place the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time, until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately with lemon wedges and garnish with fresh parsley.
