Ingredients

- 1 lb Scallops (Fresh or frozen, thawed)
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil (For drizzling)
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt (To taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper (Freshly ground)
- For serving Lemon Wedges
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the scallops dry with paper towels and place them in a bowl.
- Drizzle olive oil over the scallops and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Arrange the scallops in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overcrowded.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until the scallops are opaque and cooked through, flipping halfway through cooking.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
