Ingredients

  • 1 lb Scallops (Fresh or frozen, thawed)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil (For drizzling)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt (To taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper (Freshly ground)
  • For serving Lemon Wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the scallops dry with paper towels and place them in a bowl.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the scallops and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Arrange the scallops in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overcrowded.
  5. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until the scallops are opaque and cooked through, flipping halfway through cooking.
