Ingredients

- 1 can of salmon (14.75 oz), drained
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine the salmon, breadcrumbs, onion, mayonnaise, egg, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Place the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve hot.
Notes
- Use fresh salmon for a different flavor.
- Add herbs for extra taste.
- Serve with a dipping sauce if desired.
