Ingredients

  • 1 can of salmon (14.75 oz), drained
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the salmon, breadcrumbs, onion, mayonnaise, egg, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into patties.
  5. Place the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and serve hot.
