Ingredients

  • 1 whole head of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Aluminum foil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the top off the garlic head to expose the cloves.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the exposed cloves and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Wrap the garlic head in aluminum foil.
  5. Place the wrapped garlic in the air fryer basket.
  6. Air fry for 25-30 minutes until the cloves are soft and golden brown.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and let it cool slightly.
