- 500g potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges

- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 500g bratwurst, sliced
- 200g sauerkraut
- 1 tablespoon mustard
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder until evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned potato wedges in the air fryer basket and cook at 200°C (400°F) for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
- While the potatoes are cooking, add the sliced bratwurst to the air fryer and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until browned.
- In a small pot, heat the sauerkraut until warmed through.
- Serve the crispy potatoes topped with bratwurst and a side of warmed sauerkraut. Drizzle with mustard to taste.
