Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- Check for doneness; the potatoes should be golden brown and crispy. If necessary, cook for an additional 2-5 minutes.
- Remove from the air fryer and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
