These air fryer potatoes are perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. A delicious and quick side dish!

- 2 pounds of baby potatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry the potatoes for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the potatoes from the air fryer and let them cool for a couple of minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add grated Parmesan cheese right after cooking.
- Adjust the cooking time based on the size of your potato halves; smaller pieces will cook faster.
