- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Beat the egg in a separate bowl.
- Dip each chicken breast in the egg, then coat with the parmesan mixture.
- Lightly brush the air fryer basket with olive oil.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.
- Let rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crispiness.
- Check internal temperature of chicken—it should reach 165°F (74°C).
- For extra flavor, add dried herbs like oregano or basil to the coating.
