- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together buttermilk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper or use silicone molds.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of pancake batter onto the prepared parchment or into the molds.
- Cook in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Remove pancakes from the air fryer and repeat with the remaining batter.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider mixing in chocolate chips or blueberries into the batter.
- Make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket; cook in batches if necessary.
