Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together buttermilk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper or use silicone molds.
  6. Pour about 1/4 cup of pancake batter onto the prepared parchment or into the molds.
  7. Cook in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Remove pancakes from the air fryer and repeat with the remaining batter.
  9. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
