Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, milk, ketchup, chopped onion, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined but do not overmix.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on a piece of parchment paper.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Carefully lift the meatloaf using the parchment paper and place it in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  7. Remove the meatloaf from the air fryer and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.

  • Ensure your meatloaf is evenly shaped for uniform cooking.
