- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, milk, ketchup, chopped onion, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined but do not overmix.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on a piece of parchment paper.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Carefully lift the meatloaf using the parchment paper and place it in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Remove the meatloaf from the air fryer and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can mix in some chopped bell peppers or herbs.
- Ensure your meatloaf is evenly shaped for uniform cooking.
- You can brush additional ketchup on top of the meatloaf during the last 5 minutes for extra glaze.
