  • 1 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them evenly with the spice mixture.
  4. In another bowl, toss the broccoli and bell peppers with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
  6. After 10 minutes, add the vegetables to the air fryer basket around the chicken.
  7. Cook for an additional 8-10 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and the vegetables are tender.
  8. Remove from the air fryer, let rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
