- 2 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them evenly with the spice mixture.
- In another bowl, toss the broccoli and bell peppers with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, add the vegetables to the air fryer basket around the chicken.
- Cook for an additional 8-10 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and the vegetables are tender.
- Remove from the air fryer, let rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
