- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the seasoned chicken in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Add broccoli and bell peppers to the basket after 10 minutes.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool before meal prepping.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on chicken thickness.
- Store in airtight containers for up to 4 days.
